Small Group Travel
The University is seeking to contract with one or more travel agencies to handle small group travel arrangements. This would be primarily for the use of small team travel for Athletics but could be utilized by other small groups as well. The purpose of this RFP is to identify one or more agencies who can meet our special needs for these small groups and to award a contract(s) to establish any terms and/or fees associated with this travel. We understand that ticket prices for specific travel are determined by the airlines and would be quoted at the time of the purchase of those tickets. Our intent would be to award a contract(s) for an initial one-year period with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, one year at a time, in sequence for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. We may choose to award this RFP to one vendor or multiple vendors.
