Small Caliber Light Weight Case Technical Data Rights
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to issue a sole source solicitation to MAC, LLC to procure Small Caliber Ammunition Light Weight Case Technical data rights on the manufacturing and delivery of USG end items. If you believe you are capable of supplying the abovementioned data rights, please respond to this sources sought notice, W15QKN-18-R-0045. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In addition, the Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice.
