City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to research, analyze, and assess the small business community in the San Jose Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA)to better serve the small business community, understand the role small businesses play, key indicators and overall vibrancy, and access to resources to grow and expand. This study will be based on secondary research as well as firsthand information such as surveys.
