Sludge Tank Clean Out

The City is seeking Bids from qualified firms to provide all materials, tools, equipment, trucks and labor to dewater and remove solids, liquids, and other contents (sludge) from two (2) above ground containment structures. Dewatering the contents shall produce acceptable cake solids for highway transport. Both tanks are located within the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1142 Marine Road, Salisbury, Maryland 21801.
