Sludge Hauling and Disposal Services at Clute-Richwood Wastewater Treatment Facility

The Brazos River Authority (AUTHORITY) will be accepting sealed Bids from
qualified contractors to furnish all labor and equipment necessary for the hauling and disposal of sludge
cake and liquid waste products.
The Clute-Richwood Wastewater Treatment Facility, waste products are to be land filled only. The
Clute-Richwood Wastewater Treatment Facility produces an average of approximately 118 tons of belt
pressed wastewater treatment plant sludge per month.
In addition, bidders will submit price per gallon to wet haul (vacuum truck) aerobically digested and/or
non-digested (thickened) sludge with a solids content between 1.9 3.6 %. Note: Wet hauling will
only become necessary in the event the facilitys belt press is down for extended repairs.
