The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Slice Micro Base + qtyof 1, 2) Slice Micro IEPE qty5, 3) Slice Micro Bridge quantity 3, 4) Type K thermocouple Adaptor; 0-5v,-100-400C(1m;MCP-07+ID) (US) qty 5, 5) Slice Micro Base Cable Kit qty 1, 6) Battery, Li-ion; 11.1v,2200 mAh qty 2, 7) Battery Li-ion, charger; 11v qty 2 ea, 8) Slice 1 ch Sensor Connector Assy (MCP-07), w/ID attached qty 6. This requirement is sole sourced to Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. (DTS) 1720 Apollo Court, Seal Beach, CA 90704. DTS is the original manufacturer of these items. Must have minimum of 24 channels, 15 channels simultaneously sampling at a rate of 50K per second, must recored all data from all channels for minimum 4 hours onto removable media, must fit including battery inside a cylindrical 2.5" diameter and 6" long compartment and must be able to operate while exposed to heat, cold, moisture, altitude, vibration and shock environments. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
