Skype for Business- Audio Integration
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as well as procedures subpart 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
Award Basis
It is the Government's Intention to issue a single firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the vendor whose quotation, conforming to the combined synopsis/solicitation, is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
If no satisfactory response is received from a certified small business, OPIC will consider other eligible offerors.
Constraints
• Only offerors who have or will have (prior to award) an active SAM registration are invited to submit quotes.
• Only offerors who are able to keep the current conference and collaboration numbers are invited to submit quotes.
