PRON: AX5F0044AX; NOUN: Skin, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-585-5927; P/N: 70213-03001-107; Min/Max qty of 3/15 each on a 5 year Basic + 4 option type contract with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 3 each 150 DACA and 3 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
