Site specific School Security Plans in case of emergency.
The purpose of this RFP is to seek a qualified law enforcement/Emergency management consultant firm to work in conjunction with the Westchester County Department of Health ("WCDH") and Public Safety ("DPS") to create Site- Specific security plans for fifty three schools located throughout Westchester County that would be used as point of distribution(POD) sites in the event of large-scale public health emergency to deliver prophylaxis to the population of Westchester County.
