Site for 112,000 Net Usable Square Feet of Clinical Space
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to acquire a no cost, transferable purchase option for a site upon which a leased outpatient clinic may be constructed in Montgomery, Alabama. VA will also consider acceptance of a donated site. It is VAs intention to have the building constructed by a private-sector entity that will purchase the land and lease to VA for up to 20 years. VA will consider properties in the range of 20 to 24 developable acres. The property must be available for use, and be capable of accommodating a 112,000 net usable square foot multi-story clinic building with on-site parking for approximately 896 vehicles. All utilities and fiber must be available on-site.
