Site Preparation at Santa Barbara Airport
This is a presolicitation notice to prepare a site for the installation of a NOAA/ DWR 449 MHz wind profiler, NOAA/PSD has leased a partial asphalt and gravel area of an existing lot at the Santa Barbara Airport. Three phases of work need to be done in order for the wind profiling radar to be installed. The three phases are: landscaping, electrical and concrete. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238110. The small business size standard is $15.0 M. Performance period shall be 30 days after issuance of award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on April 10, 2015 and closes April 22, 2015 no later than 04:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
