Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for Site Preparation for Fisher House 2 at the Palo Alto Division (VAPAHCS).
Contractor shall provide all material and labor to demolish existing structures and site features, renovate parking area over the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Right of Way, and install utilities per the contract documents. .
This procurement is for total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million.
Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 14. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is June 19, 2017 and closes July 25, 2017 at 11:00AM Pacific Time. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
