The Contractor shall visit the site and shall thoroughly examine conditions before
submitting a proposal to perform any work. He shall compare site conditions with data
given on the plans and in these specifications. No allowances will be made for any
additional costs incurred by the contractor due to the failure in examining the site, or
reporting any discrepancies to the Engineer.
