Site Lease of Structures for Renewable Electric Power
The City is seeking proposals to lease one or more of five city owned structures to provide electric power generation that will be purchased by the City and contribute to its renewable portfolio needs, The City intends to execute a standardized CLEAN Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) associated with the site lease from each selected proposer for a term of 20 years, with the option to purchase the generating facility from the Developer subject to the qualification and evaluation provisions, terms and conditions, and project developer responsibilities included in the RFP documents
