Site Design Standards (Building Placement and Site Layout)
Further develop the City Of Cary, North Carolina design standards. While Planning review staff have been able to achieve good building placement and site design in
some cases through negotiation, this project seeks the development of specific, measurable criteria
that could achieve similar or better results as a requirement, rather than through an exhaustive
negotiation process.
