Site Assistance Visit Program
In general terms, the scope of the project consists of the contractor performing assessments of small businesses, local governments, and independent school districts (ISDs) that have made a request of the SBLGA regarding compliance with state and federal environmental rules. The Contractor will conduct a compliance assessment of the entity and provide them with a report summarizing observations regarding compliance with applicable State and Federal, air, waste and water rules promulgated at the time of the assessment. The contractor may also be asked to complete special projects as needed. A more detailed summary of the work is provided in the Scope of Work.
