1. To provide a single UserID and password to access all FHSU computing resources.
2. To provide a single sign on web portal experience by having a proxy authentication service to manage authentication state across target systems (defined below) being accessed via the web portal.
3. To obtain a management system that can create, modify, and delete application and/or system users on all target systems.
