Single Board Computer
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0334 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source with Advantech Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 6.302-1. Advantech Corporation is the only known vendor who to supply the components of the single board computer specific to the government's requirements. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Award is expected 19 June 2014. Interested persons may submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before 1:00pm est. on 9 June 2014 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
