Single Award Task Order Contract for Design and Construction of Dining Facilities in the Southeast Region
Under the scope of this opportunity the contractor shall be responsible for the Design and/or Construction services for standard design dining facilities for U.S. Army posts in the Southeast region.
The seed project is for the Design and Construction of a 500 PN Permanent Party Dining Facility for the Warriors in Transition Complex at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The contract is performance based, and not definitive in type of construction or materials unless otherwise indicated. The contract shall include minor site work to integrate with the site contractor, facility design, overall building construction, complete interior finishes, and attached equipment. A comprehensive interior design is required with an option to provide furniture and dcor items.
