This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO to determine potential sources who are authorized distributors of SimulationDeck (developed by Nusura, Inc.) or are capable of providing a comparable product with the functionality of SimulationDeck. SimulationDeck provides a medium for simulating traditional media, social media, blogs and other media elements for training and exercises. Potential sources must provide SimulationDeck or a product/solution which has the capability of a web-based portal that (1) integrates all major mainstream and social media functionalities into a single platform that replicates the dynamic information domain in a password-protected simulation for large-scale exercise support; and (2) can integrate with Emergency and Disaster Management Simulation (EDMSIM - developed by C4i Consulting, LLC) software. The product/solution must have the capability of replicating integrated and interactive mainstream news websites, government agency home pages, and major social media sites to support a variety of command exercises. The product/solution must have the functionality to upload and stream videos, print stories, photographs, blogs and social media posts on pages that look and function like mainstream and social media sites. In addition, potential sources must possess the technical experience and capability to develop and set up the web-based portal; customize the pages for each exercise; and manage user accounts with various permission levels for each exercise; and conduct and support training. Potential sources must possess the technical and operational experience to provide remote, year-round technical and user support.
