The Government provides additional information regarding Q8 of the Market Survey. It is to clarify the "Coefficient" structure. The following is the tentative idea of structure. We would like to collect the ideas how to establish coefficient rates against UPBs. During the solicitation, the contractor will submit the co-efficient rates based on the established categories. Please provide your feedback regarding the co-efficient rates structure.
