The subject property identified herein has been declared surplus by the Indiana State
Department of Health pursuant to I.C. 4-20.5-7-1 et seq. The Indiana Department of
Administration is providing this notice of sale pursuant to I.C. 4-20.5-7-12 and seeking
competitive proposals on behalf of the State of Indiana for the acquisition of the subject
real property pursuant to I.C. 4-20.5-7-11 and I.C. 4-20.5-7-13.
