Signiant Transfer Software for the Library of Congress
The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) at the Library of Congress seeks to extend the current number of licenses required to use the Signiant media transfer software. NLS wishes to procure additional Signiant software licenses to support additional systems used by NLS.
