Signage and Wayfinding Consultant
The Downtown Alliance is inviting proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) by this request
(Request) to serve as the Signage and Wayfinding Consultant who will design a
complementary, temporary signage and wayfinding system to meet the navigational needs of a
community undergoing extensive rebuilding. Proposers are invited to submit proposals (each, a
"Proposal") to perform the services (the Work) described in the Scope of Work above, and each
Proposal must contain all sections described therein. If a satisfactory Proposal is selected, it is
anticipated that the Downtown Alliance will enter into a contract (the Contract), the form of
which is attached as Appendix A, with the selected Proposer for a three-year period. Please refer
