Department and the successful bidder(s) to furnish supplies, materials, equipment and/or services in accordance with requirements. EXTRUDED SIGN PANELS
Panels shall be 12 inches wide by 24 feet long by 0.125 inch wall thickness made of
aluminum alloy 6063-T6. All corners are 0.031 inch radiuses as shown on the attached
details. The metal shall be alodized to produce a corrosion resistant adherent coating of
aluminum oxide in conformance with all required and recommended procedures as
specified in ASTM 449 Class 2. The panels shall be free from grease, dirt or loose
phosphate coating. All burrs shall be removed from the edges.
