Sidewalk Construction Project
The project consists of, but is not limited to supplying all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services for the construction of the Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project specified in the contract documents. The scope includes:
Removal of pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and related demolition,
New pavement, pavement patches, curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk,
Grading and excavation,
Storm drain improvements and riprap outfall,
Installation of retaining wall,
Utility adjustments (such as valves, covers, and handboxes) associated with paving operations,
Clearing and grubbing, tree removal and tree protection measures,
Seed and mulch stabilization,
Sediment control,
Traffic signage and pavement markings,
Temporary work zone traffic controls
