The Work for the project, Sidewalk and ADA Ramp Maintenance, includes but is not necessarily limited to: Removal and replacement of approximately 19,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 225 sidewalk ramps, associated concrete curb and gutter, as specified herein, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all items necessary to complete the work.
