Shower Repairs
The work consists of: The Shower Repair project will demo the existing restroom and shower facilities on the second, third and fourth floors. Project to include new plumbing and electrical systems, new partition walls and new ceramic tile finishes on the floors and walls. New terrazzo floor pans to be installed in indicated shower areas. New toilet and shower fixtures throughout. New duct work as indicated.
