Shoulder Work
The work under this Contract shall consist of: Asphalt Shoulder widening, milling, resurfacing, patching; asphalt crossovers and emergency pullouts; drainage and temporary/permanent erosion control measures; earthwork: including topsoil stripping, embankment construction, hauling and proper disposal of excess material off-site.
