This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of (2) Master Shoulder Instrument Sets to be delivered to the Birmingham VA Medical Center located at 700 19th St S, Birmingham, AL 35233. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document 36C24718Q9513, which contains the item descriptions and any corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The government will not be contacting interested contractors regarding amendments.
