SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
This is a Sources Sought Notice announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. Any requests for a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify sources that have an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for rental of Mobile Shockwave Therapy (Device) for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso Texas.
The criteria for devices are as follow:
1. High-energy electro-hydraulic single-dose extra-corporeal shockwave treatment (ESWT)
2. Device able to deliver between 14kV - 28kV of energy operating at 4Hz
3. Must be FDA approved
4. Able to perform non-invasive tendonopathy to include chronic plantar fasciitis and chronic lateral epicondylitis procedures
