Shishmaref Airport Master Plan, Stage II, WInd Study & Climate Data Collection
The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section (DEPARTMENT) is soliciting professional services to acquire and analyze wind and climate data for Airport Master Plan activities at Shishmaref, Alaska. Shishmaref is currently evaluating relocation options for the Community. As part of this effort, Master Plan activities are being conducted for Shishmaref. Stage I of the Master Plan effort was to develop a Geographical Information System (GIS) database. Stage II will collect and analyze wind and climate data.
