Shipyard Maintenance
The Contractor shall supply all necessary manpower, labor, supervision, expendable supplies, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to successfully and safely perform the work defined in each of the Work Items. The Contractors responsibility shall include mobilization, all necessary environmental and personnel safeguards, and clean up of the site (leaving the vessel in better shape then before the work). During the course of the work, the Contractor shall allow for the Owner and regulatory agencies to inspect all work, without claiming for delay or impact.
