The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, CMOP Acquisitions located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for shipper/packer services for the seven Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP). The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on or about July 3, 2019 and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors are strongly encouraged to follow all submission instructions. Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies. Questions from potential offerors are encouraged to resolve any ambiguities; inquiries shall be in writing only and addressed to Jenny Rathjen at e-mail jenny.rathjen@va.gov. All questions received in response to the solicitation will be answered with an amendment to the solicitation.
