Mandatory conference April 7th! The Department of Behavioral Health is seeking qualifications applications from interested and qualified organizations and firms to provide shelter services for County consumers experiencing temporary homelessness.
This RFQ is specifically for the following services/areas:
1. Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Shelter Services for Pregnant and/or Mothering
TAY. Shelters are needed in the areas of the High Desert, West End, Colton, San
Bernardino, Fontana, Rialto and Highland.
2. Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Shelter Services in the areas of San Bernardino and
the West End (Rialto, Upland and Ontario).
3. Adult Forensic Population Shelter Services in the areas of Barstow and Victorville.
