Shelter Plus Care (S+C) Program
The Shelter Plus Care Program is designed to provide rental assistance to hard-to-serve persons (and their families) with disabilities and to link this assistance to supportive services from sources outside the program. Eligible S+C program participants must be both homeless and disabled as defined in the RFP document.
