Shelter Beds Homeless Veterans(HCHV)
The Network Contracting Office 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about April 21, 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Community Base Health Care Services within the city limits of Flint, Michigan for beneficiaries of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Centers and the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. NAICS Code 624221, size standard $11.0 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide bed space housing for homeless veterans. The period of performance is twelve (12) Months after date of Award with 4 (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
