Interested parties shall meet at the job site located at USACE DEBRIS REMOVAL UNIT COMPOUND, 1125 O STREET, S.E., WASHINGTON, DC 20003. IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT, PLEASE NOTIFY VIA E-MAIL NOT LATER THAN 2:00 PM, 07 JULY 2014 - [email protected] AND [email protected] AND [email protected]
The following items are in no particular order of accomplishment. Disconnect the electricity; remove entire building except concrete slab. Frame new building on existing concrete slab with 16 gauge load bearing metal studs 106 LF long by 9 FT height and 16 OC. Install roof trusses and exterior standard steel door. Install exterior roll up door at shop then install exterior wall and roof boards. Install roof shingles, siding and wall insulation. Install drywall and finish it. Install windows then paint entire interior walls and ceiling. Install gutters and downspouts then install lights, switches, and plugs as necessary in the two rooms. Dispose of all old materials.
