Shared IT Services
Operating under the assumption that consolidating the diverse IT infrastructure and
applications, currently deployed on a department-by-department basis, could best be
achieved with shared and/or common IT services, the purpose of this RFI is to obtain
approaches, methodologies, recommendations, and a road map from respondents specific to
accomplishing such an IT infrastructure and application consolidation.
Additionally, the State desires to use innovative technological solutions to provide services
and solutions for the 21st century citizenry and workforce.
