Shared Healthcare and Recovery Enterprise System
This Request for Proposals seeks acquisition and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated behavioral health management information system. This system, the Mental Health and Addictions Regional Information System (SHARES) will be the primary tool utilized by BOARDS to manage, monitor, and/or provide reports on the following essential system functions:
Initial screening, eligibility determination, and enrollment;
Assessment, needs determination, level of care assignment;
Utilization management;
Provider network management;
Contract services monitoring and management;
Claims processing and payment;
Fiscal interface with county-based accounting systems; and
Quality and outcome reporting.
