Shake Roof Replacement
The City is seeking bids to replace the cedar shake roof with a synthetic shake roof. In addition, the work includes installation of new plywood sheathing & underlayment, as well as the installation of new painted gutters and downspouts, subject to the qualification and evaluation provisions, and terms and conditions, including all incidental and related work as required by Technical Specifications.
