Sex Offender Treatment Program

The Department is seeking proposals for the provision of community-based sex offender treatment services for individuals under the supervision of the Departments field probation office. The contract treatment provider must be an approved sex offender treatment provider under the Department regulations. The solicitation document contains specific information regarding mandatory prior qualifications as an approved provider. Any individual who is not currently classified as an approved provider must additionally complete and submit an application questionnaire to the Department for review.
The services are anticipated to begin approximately November 1, 2009 and continue through June 30, 2010 with options to renew for additional periods.
