The City of Palm Springs is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide the City with civil engineering design services related to the Tract No. 13257 Sewer Improvements (City Project #10-02), (hereinafter the "Project"). The selected firm will be expected to provide required professional services to prepare plans, specifications and estimates ("PS&E") for implementing the Project.
