Services for Minority Construction Contractors and Subcontractors

The Community Development Administration of the City of St. Louis (CDA) hereby requests
proposals from qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations to provide a range of services aimed
at maximizing opportunities for the participation of City-certified minority-owned businesses in
the construction industry. The Community Development Administration expects to make
available $135,000 per year for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of execution of an
agreement to assist the successful respondent in the provision of the desired services. The
deadline for submittal of proposals is 3:00 PM, Friday, October 2, 2009.
