Services Term Agreement for Central and Northern State of Buildings
The State Department of Administration, Division of General Services is seeking multi-disciplinary Architectural-Engineering and related professional services to support planning, design and construction of projects in their Deferred Maintenance program, as well as for operating funded projects and capital funded projects. Professional services include investigations and studies, planning, design, preparation of plans, specifications and construction cost estimates, permitting, providing assistance during bidding and construction, review and approval of submittals, participation in inspections, preparation of as-built drawings, and other necessary related services that may be required for various facilities projects, as directed by DOA.
