This is a pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.201 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C248-19-Q-0260 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC is 2019-01, dated 1-22-2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561990, with a small business size standard of $11.0M. This requirement is a Service Disabled Veterans Ouned Small Business (SDVOSB) 100% set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Only quotes submitted by Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not SDVOSB will not be considered for award. This electronic solicitation may be downloaded at FedBizOpps (FBO) http://www.fbo.gov.
The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other document attachments from the FedBizOpps website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley VAMC. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov; prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
This requirement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) 100% set-aside. In order for a quote to be eligible for award as a SDVOSB the quoter s submitting a quote shall be certified in Veterans Information Page (VIP VetBiz) http://www.vetbiz.gov/ prior to award. VIP VetBiz will be checked to verify the quoter s SDVOSB certification before any evaluation is conducted. In, addition quoters are further advised that compliance with VAAR 852.219-10 shall be enforced and monitored to ensure that the minimum self-performance requirements are being met by the SDVPSB contractor.
The Contracting Specialist will not accept any questions concerning this solicitation after Friday, April 26th, 2019 time 11:00am (EST).
Offeror quotes and required documents shall be submitted via email to Jose R. Sierra-Colon, at jose.sierra-colon@va.gov not later than the date and time listed in block 8 of the SF 1449.
This solicitation will start on the date the solicitation is posted and will end on 05-03-2019 at 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST). FOB Destination shall be James A. Haley VA Medical Center, Tampa Florida 33612 including several Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), Vet Centers and Warehouses spanning across the Tampa Bay Area.
