State is seeking a vendor to collaborate with DCF to complete BPR implementations for the remaining 23 offices throughout the State that have not completed BPR activities. Fifteen of the State’s 38 offices have completed this process of redesigning business practices with the goal of achieving optimal efficiency in processes that benefit staff and service delivery to customers.
