Service to Siemen Ultrasound Units
Full Service and Preventative Maintenance Service:
Contractor to provide a full service and
preventative maintenance (PM) service to include
all part, tools, labor, servings and routine
maintenance in accordance with manufacturers
recommendations to two Siemen Ultrasound units.
The PM should include but not limited to
necessary adjustments and part replacement based
on findings during the PM procedure. Contractor
to provide a copy of their Full Service and
Preventative Maintenance Service terms and
conditions with RFQ response.
(Contractor shall provide three relevant past
performance references with RFQ response, to
include vendor name, contact name, and phone
number.)
Only one award shall be made.
