Service contract for annual preventative maintenance for UPS Battery system at the Buffalo VAMC
The Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo New York has a requirement for a service agreement for annual preventative maintenance (PM) for one (1) 80 KVA Liebert UPS Battery System and its forty associated batteries:
Scope:
One (1) year full coverage Base year plus four (4) optional renewal years (Please breakout optional years from the base period)
Service shall include all parts, labor and expenses
Detailed checklist of your UPS Preventative Maintenance that would be performed
Contract shall include one (1) PM inspection per year
Performed during business hours 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST, Monday Friday, except for Federal Holidays
Includes full UPS Electronic and Battery maintenance per manufacturer recommendation
All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendation.
The NAICS Code is 811310. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $20,000.00 and $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
