Service and Maintenance to NICE recording system
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air & Marine Operations Center (AMOC) is required to record all operational telephone and radio transmissions using a NICE Recording System.
The vendor shall provide routine service and maintenance to the recording system as required by the AMOC. The contractor shall have a 24 hour help desk/trouble call capability to ensure outages or problems can be addressed. The contractor shall provide the computers, recorders, and all components of the complete Recording System
